Today's Salah Times in Rafah
A 80-minute window between Fajr and sunrise is your daily appointment with stillness in Rafah.
Praying in Silence
At 05:22 in Rafah the city is quieter than at any other prayer — let your salah match that silence in posture and pace.
A Month From Now
Thirty days from today, Rafah’s Fajr lands 40 minutes earlier than 05:22 — the sun has moved, and so has the prayer.
Across National Borders
The same minute east or west of Rafah can carry a different timezone but never a different sun — 05:22 reflects place, not paperwork.
Twenty Minutes of Qur’an
The 80-minute window after Fajr in Rafah comfortably hosts a daily Qur’an portion — a habit that transforms a year.
Mornings in the Qur’an
The Qur’an names mornings repeatedly — “by the dawn”, “by the morning brightness”; Fajr at 05:22 is the prayer named into those oaths.
Order of the First Hour
After 05:22 in Rafah, a five-minute Qur’an, a short walk and a glass of water set the tone for the rest of the day.
Hemisphere & Season
Rafah sits in the northern hemisphere, so its Fajr arc inverts that of the opposite half of the planet — today’s 05:22 reflects that orientation.
Why Light Bends Before Sunrise
Atmospheric refraction lifts the sun’s image above the geometric horizon, lengthening dawn — your 80-minute window in Rafah already accounts for this.
