A Year of Dhuhrs
Across the year in Edfu, Dhuhr only moves about 63 minutes between 11:48 and 12:51 — much steadier than Fajr or Maghrib.
Between Two Tasks
Place 12:37 explicitly between two tasks, not inside one; salah dropped into the middle of a task is rarely what either deserves.
Pause the Phone
Place the phone face-down at 12:37; the notification you would have answered will still be there in 10 minutes — the prayer will not.
Remote Work Advantage

Remember in the Middle
Most forget Allah in the middle of the day; Dhuhr at 12:37 is built into the day to keep the believer from being most.
